I have to extend the green wire on my Curt wiring Item # C59236, is this 18 gauge wire?

The Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C59236 uses 18 gauge wire for all wires except for the white ground and black power wire which are 12 gauge.
