The (8) 3/8-16 x 1 ½ Hex Bolts used for installing the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs # SSR-180-54-1 are Grade 8 rated so that's what you want to shoot for. I confirmed this with my contact at SumoSprings.
