We have a new Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500XD. Can you confirm the class III trailer hitch that is best for us?

Congrats on your new Sprinter!
The Draw-Tite # 75601 you'd looked at is the best Class III Trailer hitch for your 2023 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD if you HAVE the factory step bumper, or # 75549 if you do NOT have the factory step bumper.
If you're going to be towing with your Sprinter you'll also want to pick up a wiring harness # TK82VR, and a ball mount kit # 989900.
