Question:
I have a 2014 Super Duty F-250 that I want to install this brake controller in. Will it work properly without having either it or the trucks computer programed by the dealer service department? I know the ones they sell have to be but I was wondering about this one before I purchased one. Thanks

If you have an OEM controller installed on your 2014 Ford F-250 Super Duty, and you install the P2 Controller, part # 90885, the computer on the truck has to be reprogrammed to eliminate the error code. If you do not have a controller installed already on your truck, reprogramming the truck computer is not necessary. I have attached links to a couple of videos for this controller.
Using the # 3034-P harness makes the installation very easy. It simply plugs into the connector beneath your truck dashboard. The installation video I have attached shows the adapter harness being used.
