Yes, it does. The etrailer Hitch item # e98848 does fit the Hybrid models of the 2022 Honda CR-V. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Honda with included hardware.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118741 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
