Question:

I am working on a product for a client and was wondering if you have any cut sheets on the different sizes of Locking trailer pins that you offer? I am looking for an approximate 1/4 dia. pin with around a 1 - 1/2 pull. I take it that these pins can also be welded in place?

Expert Reply:

The closest option we have to what you're looking for is found as part # F719-172Z105 for the right hand and part # F719-182Z104 for the left hand. These spring latches use a pin with a 3/8" diameter and a 1-1/4" pin extension which is fairly close to what you're looking for.

I'm attaching some review videos and a list of our spring latches for you to filter through. Unfortunately we don't have a spec sheet of all of our options so your best bet is to look at the selection I linked if the latches I mentioned above don't work out for you.

These are designed to be bolted into place but if you have an experienced welder install them that's acceptable as well.
