Question:

Why do I have no power to the control panel on my Fogatti FS06B1tankless water heater? Needless to say, no hot water. I tested the fuse and it is good.

If you haven't already I recommend checking the power wire with a multimeter # PT89ZR to first ensure that you're getting a full 12 volts at the unit. From there you'll need to ensure that the fuse is fully inserted and screwed down and can then flip the switch above it into the on position.

If you still aren't getting power to the thermostat of your Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR then I would trace the wires to ensure there's no damage blocking power and communication between the two points. You can also test the connection point at the thermostat with the multimeter to see if it's getting a full 12 volts.

Let me know what you find and we can troubleshoot further.
