The SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs w/ Line Relocation Bracket # SS26MV could possibly be the correct kit for your 2022 Jayco North Point 382FLRB 5th wheel, you'll just need to verify the orientation of your leaf springs to the axles.
The # SS26MV are designed for overslung axles, which means that the leaf springs will sit on top of the axle. If you have underslung axles (leaf springs below the axle) then you'll just need part # SS33HR instead. These kits are for a single axle only so you'll need two to complete the installation on both axles.
