I need replacements for the plastic ratcheting for my 2 bike rack. I dont know the product number of the rack but I can send a picture.

I did see you previously purchased the Thule Doubletrack Platform-Style 2 Bike Rack 990XT (see image) from us in January of 2021. If this is the rack you are referring to we do have the Replacement Wheel Strap Assembly # 753-3001. If not please send me any information and images you have so I can help to verify your rack.
