For it to repeatedly blow fuses you either have a faulty power cord or faulty monitor. I recommend starting with the cheapest replacement, the power cord # C-FOS07TAPK-006. If this doesn't solve the issue then you're looking at a total replacement of your system since it is the older model and the monitors aren't available.
If this is unfortunately the route you have to take there are quite a few options now. The base would be the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision 4.3" Screen # FOS43TASF, which is great but doesn't allow for additional cameras.
If you get the 5" # FOS05TASF or 7" # FOS07TASF versions then you'll be able to add on side cameras and one more rear camera that people typically place on the nose of the trailer to help with hooking up or above the door as a security camera.
You can also get the 5" # FCE48TASL-05 or 7" # FCE48TASL-07 which include the side cameras for an all-in-one package.
