Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Pullrite SuperGlide Quick Connect Capture Plate for your Fabex pin boxes. So this is designed to let you safely tow your fifth wheel trailer using a Pullrite SuperGlide hitch, which automatically slides during turns to give you extra cab clearance. And this is specifically made to work with the Fabex pin boxes that you see there, including the 500 series, the 765 and 770 models. One thing to double check before buying this is that your pin box skid plate measures right at 13 and a half inches wide, since that's required for a proper fit.

So what this does is attach directly to the skid plate on your trailer's pin box, and then once this is installed, this is going to prevent the kingpin from rotating inside the hitch head. Instead of the pin rotating, it's going to transfer that turning motion to the hitch itself. That's what's going to allow the SuperGlide hitch to do its job automatically, and it's going to, again, automatically slide back during tight turns, so you're not gonna risk your trailer hitting the cab of your truck. This does have a durable black powder coat finish, so it's gonna hold up well against rust and corrosion.
