For carrying e-bikes at the rear of an RV like your 2021 Nucamp Tab 400 you'll need an e-bike approved for RV use like the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric FAT PRO Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # LGA77FR that you referenced. This rack has a 75 lb per bike capacity and can slide out for easier loading and unloading as well. Most e-bikes are not rated for RV applications due to the rougher ride quality.

Sorry I mistakenly assumed you had a hitch for some reason. You would need a trailer hitch installed on your Tab which our most universal option is the multi fit frame mounted hitch from Curt # 13703 which fits all frame styles between 22 and 72 inches.
