The best 2" hitch for a 2023 Kia Sportage is going to be the etrailer Hitch item # e38KR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your Kia with included hardware.
The reason this is the best hitch is that the crossbar mounts behind your bumper cover which leaves only the 2" x 2" receiver visible. This not only helps the look of your Kia but it also improves ground clearance. On top of that this hitch is made in the USA.
The etrailer Hitch item # e38KR is a class III hitch, with a 2" receiver, that weighs 27 lbs. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity, and a 525 lbs maximum tongue weight. This hitch can not be used with weight distribution systems.
I have linked a picture below so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C99DR and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
To attach this harness to your hitch, to protect it from being damaged, I recommend the Tow Ready Mounting Bracket item # 18144.
