The best hitch for your 2023 Kia Rio Sedan is going to be the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # 24964. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Kia with included hardware.
This is a class I hitch, with a 1-1/4" receiver, that weighs 32 lbs. It has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have linked a picture below, along with an installation video, so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # 24964 will only fit the Sedan models of the Kia Rio.
