I have an Anderson 5th wheel hitchblack railsand the p/u Sierra 1500 does not have a factory 5th wheel support under the bed. Do you know what I will need to support that hitch?

You'd need a set of fifth wheel rails confirmed to fit your 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 like the Curt part # C65KR which is custom fit for your truck. The Andersen hitch you have is designed to fit the industry standard fifth wheel rails which is what this kit provides. Since this is a custom install kit there wouldn't be any frame drilling compared to universal options.
To add a 7-way up in the bed of your truck to make connecting the trailer wiring easier you'd also want the part # 41157 and you'd be set.
