You will want to use the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors # KS80730 on your 2021 Ram 1500 TRX. These mirror extensions have cutouts for the turn signals, puddle lights and 360 cameras. The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CIP98MR do not have these cutouts and are better used on the base trucks which do not include these additional features.
