Yes, we do have a hitch for a 2023 Subaru Outback Wagon. It is the etrailer Trailer Hitch item # e25TR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Outback with included hardware.
I really like this hitch because it mounts behind your rear bumper cover leaving only the 2" x 2" receiver visible.
The etrailer Trailer Hitch item # e25TR is made in the USA. It is a class III hitch, with a 2" receiver, and it weighs 30 lbs. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity, and a 350 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have linked a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118467 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
