Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs item # AL88289 will fit the 2018 Ram 2500 Power Wagon Models. Since you have a 2" lift you will also need the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers item # AL52420.
These springs have a 5,000 lbs load leveling capacity. The Air Lift spacer will make the bags work with your lift. I have linked an installation video below.
I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command I item # F2097. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags individually from the comfort of your cab.
