Question:
Looking for a truck bed extender that fits a Class 5 hitch, without using an adapter to reduce to 2

Expert Reply:
Currently the only truck bed extenders we carry are going to be for a 2" receiver like the Erickson Big Bed Load Extender # EM07600. We do have a Titan Hitch Box Extension # RP45018 which you can use to have a custom made extender. This 41" or 48" extension will allow for 400lbs of tongue weight at 48" or 500lbs at 41". This hitch box extension fits into a 2-1/2" receiver.
Otherwise you could have a Reducer # BX88187 welded to the 2" tube on the extender so you will not have to deal with lining up both components when you need to install the extender.
