To convert the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Towing Prep Package item # C16036 to mount on industry standard rails you will need the Replacement Base Legs for Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # C16907.
These replacement legs will allow you to remove the legs with the Ford prep package so you can install the Curt A25 head on a set of industry standard rails.
