Can Roadmaster Tow Bar Connect to Jeep Wrangler with D-Rings on Off Road Bumper

Question:
I want to tow my 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL behind my motorhome. I will be purchasing an aftermarket front bumper for the Wrangler that has welded D rings on the front of it. Do any of the big mfg. Roadmaster, BlueOx, etc make a non-binding tow bar that will attach directly to D rings, instead of their own matching base plate?

Roadmaster has D-Ring adapters for their base plate kits like with the # RM-035 for a 3/4 inch thick D-ring, part # RM65FR for a 1 inch D-ring adapter that is extended or the part # RM-035-1 for a 1 inch thick D-ring standard length. This would work great with any of their coupler mounted base plate kits like the # RM-520.
