Recommended Bike Rack for a RadCity Expand 5 Fat Tire E-Bike

Question:
I am very interested in the Thule Easyfold XT to carry my RadExpand 5 fat tire electric bike on my campervan. My first question is: do the bikes fold down low enough to open the back doors of the van? And, if not, what swing away arm would you suggest mounting the Thule Easyfold XT on? I see that the Thule swing away does not accommodate the 2inch adapter on the Easyfold XT. Is this a safety thing that would stand for all swing-away hitch adapters? Thank you.

The Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # TH903202 will work great with your RadCity Expand 5 Fat Tire E-Bike. The EasyFold has a maximum capacity of 65lbs per bike so you'll have no issues there. However, since your RadCity Expand 5 has 4" wide tires, you're going to need the Fat Bike Straps for Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH985101.
I wish I had a better answer for you but I do not know if the EasyFold XT will fold down far enough to open the doors all the way on your Chevy Express van. We do not have any reviews or tests of this bike rack on your specific vehicle and Thule does not track that information either. You will be able to open your doors but I can't tell you by how much or if they will swing open all the way.
I spoke with my rep at Thule and he confirmed the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # TH903202 can not be used with a hitch adapter like a swing away arm. The EasyFold doesn't have the strength to be extended out from the vehicle which a swing away adapter would do.
I have linked a review video and a picture below.
