can I purchase just the grease cap? previous owner poked holes in them thinking it would be easier to grease, lol.

Yes, we do offer the Lubed Dust Cap & Rubber Plug # DC200L-DCRP which is the size used on the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 84546UC3-EZ you are looking at. It will fit a hub bore of 1.98", if your hub bore for the cap is a different size please let me know so I can find you the correct cap.
