The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner w/ Air Distribution Box and Wall Thermostat # ADV64FR does have an auto setting that will kick the fan off and on as needed to your set temperature.

That being said on most RV air conditioners the temperature sensor is actually up in the air distribution box in the ceiling and if the fan isn't running then it isn't going to pull the warm air up past it and tell the condenser to kick on which could lead to your trailer being hotter than you have it set for.
