I know the westslope rockymounts rack will work stowed with a 2019 Rav4 and your receiver. Would the monorail 2 work with your receiver and a 2019 Rav4?

Yes it will; just like the WestSlope # RKY10222, you will indeed be able to fold up the MonoRail bike rack on your 2019 Toyota RAV4 when used with the etrailer trailer hitch receiver. The correct part numbers for the bike rack and the hitch that fits your RAV4 are the following:

- RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # RKY10004

- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e23ZR

You made a very nice choice going with the MonoRail, as it comes with everything you need for transporting even heavy bikes (it has a 60 lb per-bike weight capacity), comes with locks to keep your bikes and the rack safe, and has sliding bike trays to keep your bikes spaced apart so they don't contact one another.
