Can Shocker Hitch Air Cushioned Gooseneck Coupler be Used with Offset Gooseneck Ball

I have Silverado 2500 with 6.6inch bed and a 4inch offset ball BWGNXA4085. Would the 9inch offset hitch coupler acceptable to use with the offset ball or will that be too far off from the center of axle? I just want to make sure my gooseneck cargo doesnt hit my cab on sharp turns

The Shocker Hitch Air Cushioned Gooseneck Coupler part # SHK46MR that you referenced can be used with the 4 inch B and W offset ball part # BWGNXA4085 that you mentioned. In fact, the picture we got from Shocker Hitch that I attached to this page shows it used with your offset ball.
