Yes, it does Ray. The Shocker 5th Wheel to Gooseneck & Demco Lock Coupler item # SHK89YR has 3" of offset compared to a standard gooseneck pin box like item # GY45GR. This pin box also has a built-in air spring and bump stops that absorb road shock and reduce trailer bounce.

The Shocker item # SHK89YR fits Lippert 1716, 1116, 0115, & Fabex pin boxes.

Please note you will also need the Safety Chain Kit for Shocker Hitch 5th Wheel to Gooseneck QuickAir Hitch item # SHK35MR. Safety chains are required for towing with gooseneck hitches and are not included with the pin box.
