I am looking for a Ladder rack for my 2023 F-150. I would prefer to have one in silver. I do not want to have to drill to install it.

To add a silver ladder rack to your 2023 Ford F-150, you will want the Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # TH27000XT. This ladder rack fits all bed lengths of the 2023 F-150. From 5-1/2 and 6-1/2 all the way up to the 8 foot beds.
The Thule ladder rack system has a no drill installation and a 800 lbs capacity. The system attaches to the side of your bed rails using screw down clamps like you would use to attach a camper shell. Each upright is held on by two so you won't have to worry about modifying your new truck to install this.
The slotted crossbars accept a wide variety of accessories and the system includes four aluminum load stops. These heavy-duty load stops will allow you to safely secure your canoe and any construction supplies you need to transport.
I have linked some pictures below along with an installation video. The pictures will give you a closer look at the clamping system that holds the uprights on and the load stops being used to secure a canoe and lumber.
