I am looking at the Anywhere Fat Tire E Trike but its width is 31.5. I cannot locate a cargo hauler wide enough to accommodate it. What suggestions do you have?

Due to the size and length of your Anywhere Fat Tire Electric Trike, there is not going to be a cargo carrier that'll accommodate your trike.

Instead, I believe the best option for you is to use a utility trailer, like the:

This trailer has a payload capacity of 1,640-lbs, bed dimensions of 88" long 52" wide, and has a 1 year limited warranty.

I know this isn't what you're looking to do, however with your trike being so long and heavy I believe this is going to be the best option.
