The 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e68SR may be a fit for your 2021 Cherokee Arctic Wolf 287BH, but there are a few things that will need to be confirmed before solidifying an answer to your question. Unfortunately, trailer/camper manufacturers do not have parts lists with what they installed on any given trailer, so you will need a couple things.
First, take the weight off the spring by either taking the springs off or by jacking up one side of the trailer so all the weight is off the spring (this is the easier way and you will just need a couple floor jacks to hold it up). You will then measure from the center of one eye straight across to the center of the other eye (attached below is a link showing how to properly measure, but it's pretty straight forward).
Once you have this measurement, you will then need to find the "tag" (usually a sticker) on the axle as this will have the axle capacity. These do come off and wear out though, so if it is not present or unreadable, just measure the diameter of the axle. A 3,500 pound axle will have a 2-3/8" diameter. If you get something else, let me know and we can go a different direction.
The 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e68SR measures 25-1/8 inches from center of spring eye to center of spring eye and is rated for a 3,500 pound axle. If this matches what you currently have, you are good to go. It also has a Dacromet coating to help prevent corrosion, which is nice.
