How does the Lippert Flip Down Bike Storage Tray Mounting Hardware Install?

How does it mount? Does it come with the mounting hardware? The rack is missing the uprights in all of the photos, does it come with those parts? How much weight will it hold?

Hey J!
The Lippert Flip Down Bike Storage Tray # LC358682 doesn't come with the mounting hardware, but if you get the Kit # LC358682-373965 instead, this does come with both the tray and the mounting hardware kit. If you're also wanting the upright, then you'll need the Kit # LC97HD which comes with the tray, mounting hardware, and upright.
The mounting hardware installs on the bumper beams as you can see in the linked photo.
When used as a storage rack it can hold 250 lbs, but when used as a bike rack it can handle 150 lbs total (divided between 3 bikes).
