I spoke to Lippert about the Lippert Components Flip Down Slotted Rack Tailgate Storage System part # LC243621 and they do not list a specific number of bikes that can be used. The reason for this is that it can vary greatly based on what type of bikes you have. Therefore, if you are able to fit all four bikes on the 70 1/2" long x 30-1/2" wide platform and remain under 200 lbs then you are good to go. Please note in order to install the Lippert Components Flip Down Slotted Rack Tailgate Storage System you will also need mounts, part # LC432223 for under bumper.
If you don't think you can fit all four of your bikes on the platform and or remain under 200 lbs then I recommend the Swagman 4 Bike Carrier RV Mounted Bike Rack part # S80600 which can carry up to four bikes so long as the bumper is rated for the weight of the carrier (45 lbs) and your four bikes.
