I would like to get these lights stud mounted and L.E.D. where are they??????

The LED version of the Optronics Jeep Style of taillights that you referenced # ST60RB are available as part # STL60RB for the passenger side and # STL60RLBP for the drivers side.
These LED lights are stud mounted, as you requested and have 16 diodes and on the tail light, 36 diodes on the back up light, and the license plate illumination light (only on the drivers side) has 5 diodes.
