if i cant get the wires in the frame of the trailer whats the best wat to safely secure them to the out side of the trailer any tricks thought about though pvc pipe then securing that to the trailer frame ? Thanks

You could use pvc pipe and secure it to the frame of the trailer, but that is way overkill and way more work then you need to do to protect the wires.
I would just get some wire loom the correct size for however many wires you have to run, and some claps to secure that to the frame.
Since most trailers only have 2-3 wires going all the way to the back you should be fine with 1/4" wire loom # 7509-1, and securing it to the frame with clamps # A0250, and self-tapping screws # FA1131822.
