Puck under-bed rail kit I cant seem to find one for my 2008 F-250 Super Duty. Is there no such thing?

The underbed mount system I recommend for your 2008 Ford F-250 Super Duty is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1108. You can use this for towing a gooseneck trailer or you can use the Fixed # BWRVK3500 or Sliding # BWRVK3400 Companion 5th wheel hitch to tow a 5th wheel trailer.
Reese is the company that makes the OEM puck system for the Ford trucks and unfortunately it doesn't look like they have a fit listed for your truck.
If you don't already have a 7-Way socket in your truck bed I also recommend picking up the Mighty Cord # A10-7007 which helps to make connecting and disconnecting your trailer wiring easier.
