For the etrailer jack part # EJ-3520-BBX we have a replacement light board with the part # EJ-3520-LT and the switch part # EJ-3520-LSW. You might pull your switch out and see if yours is still connected to the wiring properly but most likely it's the switch that's bad since LEDs typically last a really long time.
