The 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # SP-072275 is the closest size we have at 18-5/16" to your 18.5" measurement. If your springs are used or have weight on them they will flatten out and as the spring flattens it will get longer. This spring in particular will extend to 20-1/4" when it is completely flat. The spring is for an axle with a 3,300lb capacity.
