I recommend the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-653-00 for your 2019 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS 5th wheel camper. This kit includes the cushioned equalizer along with all the wet bolts and bronze bushings needed to upgrade all suspension components. The kit is rated for trailers with up to 8,000lb axles and will work great with your 6,000lb axles as well.
I do recommend using the LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease # L11390 with a Grease Gun # L30416. This grease is formulated to work well in both hot and cold climates while also being highly water insoluble, so it will not wash away when you drive in wet conditions. The Grease Gun # L30416 uses a pistol grip handle making it easier to operate and the flexible hose will allow you to more easily access the grease zerk on the wet bolts.
To further increase the ride quality and reduce road shock inside your camper you can add the SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs # SS26MV. You will need 2 of these kits for both your axles. The springs are progressive so they help to absorb road shock giving the trailer a smoother ride. Each kit is rated for 900lbs of capacity at 50% compression providing more stability to the trailer and reducing suspension sag. This is very helpful for cornering stability.
