I spoke directly with Dexter, manufacturer of the E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System, # K71-653-00. These kits are indeed made in the U.S.A. We carry 3 different kits and I have included a link to them for you along with a link to our FAQ article on double-eye trailer suspension.

Hey Nick, thanks for reaching out! The MORryde AllTrek 4000 Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers #MR29DR will work as long as you have a 35" wheelbase (center axle to center axle) and it meets the specs in the attached photos for the qualifier.
