Do you offer a complete hydraulic conversion kit for 10k dexter / lippert axles or have any of the components, ie backing plates with shoes and wheel cylinders or line kits. I see you have the 1600 psi hydrastar pumps. My trailers have 2 axles each.

Though we do not sell complete conversion kits with all the necessary parts to convert to disc brakes, we do have all the parts to put it together for your 10,000 pound Dexter axle we have a couple options.
The first option is the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2R1058D11E. This kit is designed for Dexter axles with oil bath hubs that are made after May 2013. The second option is the # K2R1058D11HD. This kit is made for axles prior to 2009. Both systems mentioned are slip-on-over-the-hub rotors. If you're having trouble removing your current hub from the drum you can use The Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 10,000 pound axles # 8-214-5 or # 8-214-5UC1. This will provide you with new bearings, seals, and races.
The Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes # HBA16 has electronic, proportional pressure valves that will ensure that the braking is smooth and effective. It also has a built-in bleeder screw that lets you easily flush air out of the brake lines. The Brake Line Kit # 24TA-BLKIT will run brake fluid from your surge brake actuator to your trailer brakes.
Finally a breakaway kit # 3802308 and controller # RED44FR are needed to complete the installation.
