Yes, the replacement hardware kit for the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate # 57-1915 is found as part # 57-191PK on our site.

Please note that grille guards and mounting brackets are vehicle specific so for this combination to work you need to have one of the following models:

2003 - 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 HD
2003 - 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 LD
2007 - 2007 Chevrolet Silverado Classic 1500 HD
