We've had the opportunity to install this on a 2022 Chevy 3500 which I'm attaching the video for you to check out.

I also recommend picking up the Curt Wiring # C53CR which tees into the back of your 7-Way connector and gives you a 7-Way in your truck bed so it's easier to connect your trailer wiring.
