You will be able to use the M6 x 30 mm Square Head Bolt # RR99HB in the rails on RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-60851 on your 2021 Toyota Tacoma with a 5' bed. We do have the Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit # Y01155 which allows you to add a Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack # Y01151-57.
