The Oil Cap Kit # RG04-270 that you referenced is designed to fit the following axles:
Dexter 9K (after 10/1989), 10K GD (2-piece drum), and 10K to 15K Dexter axles. You will need to confirm that you have one of those axles to know if the # RG04-270 would work for you.
There should be a plaque or sticker on the frame of your trailer near the coupler that should list what axles you have. There might also be the same on the axles themselves for you to determine which one.
