This is designed to fit the following bike rack models:

FullSwing (Y02465)
FullTilt (Y02462 and Y02463)
RidgeBack (Y02457, Y02458, and Y02459)
SwingDaddy (Y02464)

If you have a different bike rack please let me know what model it is and I can see if there is a different SpeedKnob you need for your application
