I am having a hard time locating the glues recommended, Dekalin, Sika and Terostat. What other glues would work?

Instead of using those other adhesives with your Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack for Ram ProMaster Rear Door # TH302013, you could also use the:
-TremPro 644 Silicone Sealant # 0160299.
Just like those other adhesives, this is a multi-purpose adhesive that will work with rubber-like roofing materials, aluminum, galvanized metal, plastic, vinyl, fiberglass, wood, and mortar and concrete.
Additionally, to apply this adhesive you're going to need a caulk gun like the Performance Tool Heavy-Duty Caulk Gun # PTW54295.
