I have a entregra eothos rv with your bike rack attached to the rear door. it is foldup for two bikes. it is set to high. I did not get the allen wrench from the dealer to adjust it. I hope you can send it to me.I think the numbers are 307340 or 302013

It looks like your 2021 Entegra Coach Ethos Motorhome is on a ProMaster chassis so the Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack for Ram ProMaster Rear Door # TH302013 would be what you have. This means you need the M5 Hex Key # 853-0930.
This rack doesn't come with an Allen Key for whatever reason which is why the dealer wouldn't have given it to you.
