Will the Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack Work With Dometic Rear Windows On a 2018 Ram Promaster

Question:
Would this rack fit this Promaster van with Dometic rear windows? Does the rack sit 25 cm/10” away from the door or would it impede the window opening, which is hinged at the top?

The Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack for Ram ProMaster Rear Door part # TH302013 is an excellent option for a 2018 Ram Promaster Van. That said, it is designed to be used with the factory rear windows. Therefore, you would not be able to open the rear windows unless you were to first remove the rack portion but you could still leave the track installed.
