I have a standard golf cart I want to tow on a utility trailer will these work?

Yes, the Erickson ATV E-Track Tie-Down Kit item # EM98CV will definitely work for a gold cart. These have a 1,500 lbs capacity and use four ratcheting straps to secure tires to the deck of a trailer.
