Yes, the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package item # BWRVK3600 will work with a Curt Turning Point pin box. The Turning Point moves the trailer pivot point to mount on your trailer rather than the 5th wheel hitch. This gives you enough clearance with a fixed hitch.

The B&W Companion item # BWRVK3600 is confirmed to fit your 2022 Ram 2500 6'4" bed with the factory prep package. This hitch will only work with the Ram factory prep package. This hitch does not attach to industry standard rails or B&W's Turn-over-ball systems.
